If Carta is the tool your company uses to manage employee stock options, you can connect Collective to your Carta account to replace the need to find and upload your ownership documents.
Please note that you are only adding Collective as a “View-only” user, and no actions can be done by Collective in your Carta account.
To add Collective as a “View-only” user to your Carta account, please follow these simple five steps:
STEP 1 - Log in to your Carta account
STEP 2 - Click on the “Account” tab and then choose “People ”from the dropdown menu
STEP 3 - In the “People” section click on the “Add user” button
STEP 4 - Please fill the form with the following data (Please do not tick the Administrator checkbox!)
STEP 5 - Verify that you see the “Collective” account added to the list
